I'm Ethan Trevino — 33, based in Waseca, Minnesota, father of three. Trevino Motion Co. exists because I kept building things and kept having to sell them myself. Every plan we run here was tested on my own businesses first.
Ten years in the music industry taught me marketing before I ever called it that.
From 14 to 24, I was a metal vocalist actively performing across Texas and California — and for over ten years alongside that, I booked and managed metalcore and rock acts. Filling a room isn't that different from filling a client's calendar: you're building a following, promoting a show, negotiating a lineup, and delivering on a date that isn't moving, whether you feel ready or not.
That's where the instincts behind this studio actually come from — not a marketing textbook, a decade of promoting real shows to real people.

Started a mobile mechanic business from the ground up — LLC, insurance, business banking, and a social presence, built solo. Running real diagnostic and repair jobs taught me what it actually takes to keep a small business's phone ringing.

I learn new tools fast, and I'm upfront about how I use them: roughly 75% of every project is built by hand — filming, directing, strategy calls. The other 25%, mostly organizing and technical editing, gets an assist from AI tools. That's not a shortcut — it's how one person keeps professional-grade output moving at the pace clients actually need.
The work isn't over-produced gloss, and it isn't corporate stiffness either. It's built to hold up: restrained where restraint earns trust, and confident where the work has earned that too.
